Your staff and guests are the users of your PMS, and if they are not aware of the best practices, they may unintentionally expose your PMS to threats. You should train your staff on how to use your PMS correctly, how to report any issues or suspicious activities, and how to follow the security policies and procedures. You should also educate your guests on how to protect their personal and payment information, how to use the Wi-Fi and other amenities safely, and how to contact you if they need help.
